Which countries do you operate in?
Regional operation from Venezuela, Mexico and Panama. We have delivered projects in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Peru with local partners.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. We have clients ranging from 50 employees to corporations with a presence in 10 countries. The deciding factor is operational complexity, not size.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. Assessment: 48 hrs. Design: 1–2 weeks. Implementation: from 4 weeks (pilots) to 6 months (multi-country rollouts). We give you a realistic timeline in phase 2.
Do you offer post-implementation support?
Yes. Maintenance, 24/7 monitoring and tiered support (configurable SLA). We have a ticket portal, NOC and a field team in each country.
Can you integrate with my current systems?
